I have worked with several letting agents in Surrey and Robert Leech was by far the least professional. Communication was poor, responses were often unclear, and the agency appeared unwilling or unable to explain tenancy matters when questions arose. Their position seemed to be that they would only follow the landlord's instructions, with little regard for assisting tenants or providing clear guidance. I expected a letting agent to understand the rental process and help both parties navigate issues professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not use this agency again.
